PERSPECTIVE — “The Trifecta of Happiness” (0:00)

• Charly reflected that what’s teaching has been over a decade in motion — taking notes bulleted form, real precise with the takeaways.  He’s very efficient in the process, and learning things very quickly (YouTube video, Book, Online Course, etc).
• As we enter the new year, we need to build competency.
• If we’re teaching others, by learning, this will help us be our best for those we serve.
• Charly started with Evernote, and now he uses Apple Notes.
• DISTINCTION — So many take notes in journals, by hand, and don’t look at them — don’t know where they’re at.  Charly has his notes, because they’re on Apple Notes, on his phone, iPad, laptop — giving him access to his notes from ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!
• Charly is going to teach the process to duplicate his success!
• Why are we doing this any way?  The 5 P’s:
  • PURPOSE — 
    • Charly is feeling very purposeful with his new Cryptocurrency initiative - it fits in his wheelhouse.

    • The create to share part of the Trifecta of Happiness - can be monetized.
    • MAJOR DISTINCTION — So many people are taking their knowledge (through the Trifecta of Happiness) and monetizing it — 4 to 9 figure incomes!  WOW!
    • Brendon Burchard is at 8 figures (from Influencer Summit).
    • ACTION — Ask Charly for his notes from Influencer Summit!
• DISTINCTION — Natalie talked about CO-CREATION and how powerful it was in building her business in Influencer Summit.
• DISTINCTION — You can share your notes, that are highly curated, and save time for others and CHARGE for it!  WHAT?
• Charly shared how his cryptocurrency offer has notes + highly curated content AND monthly mastery training.

• We’re limited as to much we can integrate (at the human level), and Charly’s going to teach how to speed it up!

TRAINING — (starts at 10 minutes)

PART 1 — Why? TSTC?

• MAJOR DISTINCTION — The Trifecta Happiness — Learning something new, creating from what I learned, sharing my creations with others.
• Illustration — Charly asked his audience if they had any interest in his cryptocurrency strategy in his weekly email, and many people replied that they wanted to learn about it.
• He took their questions, as worded and saved them, and that informed how he created his training.
• Then went back to his audience and said he has an offer that will help them on their cryptocurrency journal.
• He got a lot of testimonials from his “Starting from Scratch” cryptocurrency training, and now he’s going full force with offering as a new ‘ambition line’.
• If you share new things/creations consistently, you can create a monthly program.
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — “Recurring revenue = personal freedom.”
• DISTINCTION — Charly discovered this theme in the 90s, built his Internet business “Internet Services of Michigan, Inc.” from that model — subscription income, and sold it on October 10, 2000 and RETIRED!  WHAT?
• The fuel for Charly to learn something comes from his desire to educate people and help them understand it now.
• DISTINCTION — Need to find people who are RESULTS experts (the 3 R’s of experts are: Research/Reporters, Role Models, and RESULTS experts)
• ACTION — Think about the topics I want to learn in 2022, and reach out to Charly for mentor recommendations who are results experts.
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — Find RESULTS experts (those rise to the top, and only 5% of the experts out there are true RESULTS experts - find them and rise to the top!) 
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — TSTC — Topic, Story (Arc the STRUGGLE to the AMBITION), Training, Challenge for creating CONTENT!!!
• It’s a way to teach content online that is best practice.
• Example — Every single video should be one topic, and follow TSTC.
• DISTINCTION — Most instructors don’t hit Challenge well, and to hit it well ask POWER QUESTIONS to confirm what they’re committed to and just learned.

• Charly mentioned how in the High Performance Coaching realm, he needs to have TSTC in mind for each of the sessions (example is Session 2, CLARITY).
• Charly learns SO much faster because of the process he’s going to review in this training.

PART 2 — HIGH PERFORMANCE MINDSET (20:20)

The big theme for learning (comes from Defiance in the book, “The Motivation Manifesto” and in the Declaration session, titled “Defiance” in High Performance “Declarations” sessions that are based on the Motivation Manifesto) — 

• DISTINCTION — We have to be careful of any self talk that hinders our ability to learn.
• Examples — 
  • “I’m not good a tech, I’m going to learn how to do this.” FLIP to “I believe in my ability to figure things out.” 
• ASK — What self-talk/language do I have that supports, or hinders, me in my learning journey - toward learning something new?
• READ — “Everything is Figureoutable” - Maria Forleo
• READ — “Growth Mindset” - Carol Dweck

PART 3 — HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPETENCY (22:50)

• READ — “The Charge” - Brendon Burchard (start with the Competency Chapter)
• ACTION — Read Pages 56 - 76 in the CHARGE Book that is an entire chapter on High Performance Competency ASAP!
• What is High Performance coaching?
  • THE CORE — Clarity, Energy, Courage, Productivity, Influence, Psychology Mastery, Physiology Mastery, Productivity Mastery, Persuasion
  • THE CHARGE Sessions — Control, Competence, Care, Connection, etc., (there’s 10 Human Drives, those are an example of 4 of them)”
• There are 4 sets of 12 sessions — CORE, CHARGE, DECLARATIONS, LEADERSHIP 
  • “The world’s highest performers set a skill they want to learn each month - to grow their wisdom, knowledge, skills and wisdom!”
  • ILLUSTRATION — Charly’s learning about the Metaverse — just got the VR Headset the Oculus Quest 2 (by Facebook) that completely changed his world.
  • WATCH — Movie “Ready Player One” to understand what a Metaverse life is like!
  • ACTION — Research the Oculus Quest 2 VR Headset.
  • NFT - Non-Fungible Token — the easiest way to think about is like a collectors edition baseball card that has a certificate of authenticity, and NFT simply represents on the “block chain”
  •  NFT’s will be the way tickets are purchased and exchanged world-wide globally not the block chain.

PART 4 — THE TOOLS - (30:35)

• To stop the dialog of “I can’t find my notes, I know I have them somewhere” - go digital.
• Charly uses Apple Notes, because he can type them in at an event, and immediately use them, review them, and share them from his phone, his iPad, his computer.
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — Charly shows how he uses his Mac, and his iPad (with the Apple Pencil) to draw the Trifecta of Happiness in his notes.
• DISTINCTION — Charly loves Apple Notes because it’s SO smoking fast, Evernote became too slow for Charly (especially slow during coaching with bigger notes, with a lot of text in it - multiple years of coaching a client).
• DISTINCTION — Charly believes Apple’s ecosystem of user security & user choice is the best that we have nowadays.
• ACTION — On an Apple product (iPhone, iPad, Mac) Setup “Text Replacement” in System Preferences, Keyboard to shorten his keywords - MAJOR DISTINCTION —, DISTINCTION —, for example, he types semi-colon MD & semi-colon DI for those words.
• ASK — What do I have in play to take good notes, integrate those notes, share my notes - fast?
• ACTION — Solidify the tool I’m going to use, and PRACTICE!
• DISTINCTION — You can use the OCR function in the newest iOS from a simple photo to transfer existing notes into Apple Notes, Evernote, computer text.

PART 5 — THE OUTLINE (38:15)

• Some of Charly’s favorite MAJOR DISTINCTIONs (life anthems to live by):

• ACTION — Set up Keyboard Shortcuts on the Mac (Keyboard, Text in System Preferences)!
• ACTION — When taking notes, always include page numbers, time stamps, and links to review.

PART 6 — YOUR PROCESS (44:20)

• Charly will take & share his notes from this very training with us!
• DISTINCTION — Template each day in advance of the training or event.  For example, Charly will have his 4 days for a Brendon event ready in advance of the event.
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — Look at & take notes through the lens of taking notes for others.  Aim to share your notes, or part of your notes, with others who may need to see them, grow for them, or enjoy them right now in life.
• If you need to learn how to type - go online and use a typing tutor.

 PART 7 — YOUR REVIEW — “NEEDLE-MOVERS” (46:46)

• ASK — How do we integrate what we’ve learned in a majorly powerful & impactful way? 
• Answer — Repetition!
• DISTINCTION — Charly got rid of all the games on his phone, and rather than play a game when he’s waiting, etc., he is simply in his notes, and picking one to review & grow from.  SO GOOD!
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — The Needle Movers — to learn faster we…
• Situational — situationally say “hey, I’ve got some time, let me review and grow from my notes” (waiting in traffic, waiting to pick up his daughters, etc).
• Daily — taking time each day (for example, coffee time after lunch) - 15-20 minutes to review specific notes on growing!
•  Weekly
•  Monthly
•  Quarterly
•  Yearly 
• DISTINCTION — So often we ‘get it’ the 2nd or 3rd time from us reviewing our notes from a training, or seeing the training again!
• DISTINCTION — Charly reiterated that taking notes on your Macbook Air, and iPad (to draw) automatically makes your notes available on all of your devices, including your phone!  You can review them immediately from anywhere.
• ASK — I could take all of the notes in the world, but for what purpose?
• ACTION — Define your needle-movers, situationally - instead of playing games, I’m going to review my notes, daily — 30 minutes a day, I’m going to review my notes.
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — 30 minutes a day of reviewing my notes will equal EXPONENTIAL GROWTH!  Over 182 hours of mastery a year (30 x 365).
• “People support what they create — everything is a co-creation!” — Another major distinction that Charly mentioned.  Natalie (Bossbabes) shared this in Influencer Summit last week as to helping her crush a launch when she updated her sales page to include what people shared they really wanted!

ACTION — (53:20)

•  1) ACTION — DEFINE YOUR WHY!  Think Purpose & Profit.
  • With stocks (without margin) you can buy, sell and buy a stock, but you can’t sell that last purchase until the cash has cleared (3 day window).  
  • With cryptocurrency you can buy and sell all day long, and there are “bots” that are created to do that trading for automatically (ex: KuCoin Trading Bots).
• ASK — Is it part of my self-growth, personal improvement!
• Illustration — Charly mentioned the difference between trading stocks (without margin) and cryptocurrency — 
• MAJOR DISTINCTION — Illustration — Charly showed the photo of power of compound interest through cryptocurrency at 1% through 10% (photo here, 300 transactions starting at $10,000).
